I'm flying away tomorrow, but I hope that everyone finds what they want behind the last door of the Advent countdown.

  2. Sorry I haven't been around, as I've been busy being sick and then shopping like a madwoman before the snowstorm hits.

Love the picture of that advent window. Have fun on your holiday!

I love how the British say "happy Christmas" rather than "merry Christmas". Don't know why, but it always tickles me.

  8. Happy Christmas to you, too! I hope you have a lovely trip, and I'm looking forward to catching up when we're both back and somewhat less harried after Christmas.

    Safe travels!

I've been following your recipes via Google Reader - my holiday baking pales in comparison!

  14. Enjoy your Christmas Bee. I've had loads of fun trailing through your Christmas countdown today. It's the Christmassiest most festive blog ever - you can almost smell the cinnamon and warm spices as the page loads up.

A very Happy Christmas to you and your family.

  17. Bee, I love your Advent calendar. That’s nice that you’re flying home to see your family but how sad that Sigmund can’t come. Top of his Christmas list should be more vacation time. Merry Christmas!

  21. Here you say that you "flew away".
But on your return, did you find your luggage?
I had some holiday issues with this!

  24. Happy New Year, Bee! I miss you, but I'm sure you are living it up in sunny, warmer climates.

  25. Barrie - A strange Xmas, but very good in parts. As usual, I have plenty to be thankful for! I'm coming to visit you "just now," as they say in the Caribbean.

Cip - I was very lucky with my luggage. I'm sorry to hear that you were not. Holiday travel is sometimes desirable, and sometimes necessary, but usually unwise, I think.

Femin Susan - Thank you for visiting! I hope to be back into my blogging habit this week.

    Braja - You too, friend.

Sarah - Well, I was in a cold (for England) clime for New Year's . . . what did you do? I will be in touch; thanks for thinking of me. :)
