The most frequently recurring words?
Texas. drive. bluebonnets. Houston. home. parents. cow.
Seems about right.

I love the Texan cow - so different from its British cousins and the bluebonnets must be second cousins to the bluebells. I'm looking forward to more pix and stories about your time back home. It's nice knowing that we're in the same country even if it will be a couple more months before we can get together again.

ReplyDeleteI expect you're stuffing yourself with Mexican food, but you're missing a great Spring here in England. It's so warm and sunny. Unbelievable after that horrid winter.
Meanwhile, in Tennessee, storm after storm it seems and the winds ruined all bar two of my tulips. Grrrrr
I hope you had a jolly good time back in Texas and are safely back home now!
ReplyDeleteBlue lupines are not so uncommon here, in the wild and in gardens. The wild ones seem to be a shade or two darker than the Texas bluebonnet.
